Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Orbits account or using www.yourorbits.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Orbits aggregates events from third-party services you choose to connect (e.g. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Eventbrite) and shows them to followers you approve. You decide what is visible and to whom.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbits. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials safe.

4. Your content & connected data

You retain ownership of the data we receive from your connected accounts. By using the Service, you grant Orbits a limited license to store and display that data within Orbits solely to provide the Service to you and the followers you approve.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use Orbits to harass, stalk, or impersonate others.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Don't connect accounts that aren't yours or that you aren't authorized to use.

6. Third-party services

Connected services (Google, Microsoft, Eventbrite, etc.) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data accuracy, or policy changes on those services.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
